Dartmouth College Chilled Water Plant and Upgrade, Hanover, NH   Central Chilled Water Plant and Upgrade, Hanover, NH: Construction of a new chilled water plant and upgrade to existing facilities, including installation of two 800 nominal ton steam absorption water chillers, two 650-ton chillers, two 38,700 MBH induced draft counter-flow cooling tower cells and ancillary equipment and system modifications

Dartmouth College New Hampshire Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH   New Hampshire Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH: A renovation to an existing 120-bed residence hall including two additions to enclose external steel stair towers, upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and new bathrooms, student kitchens, and windows.   Dartmouth College Hitchcock Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH   Hitchcock Hall Dorm Renovations, Hanover, NH: A complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing 28,000-square-foot, 4-story residence hall, including life safety and ADA compliance upgrades, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a new elevator and shaft

The University of Vermont Student Residential Learning Complex at University Heights, Burlington, VT   Student Residential Learning Complex at University Heights, Burlington, VT: Six new four-story buildings comprising 258,000 square feet and 800 beds in addition to faculty and complex administrator living areas, support spaces, lounges, a multi-purpose room, game rooms, and a partial basement for mechanical areas; this is a LEED Gold project   The University of Vermont Living and Learning Housing Center Renovations, Burlington, VT   Living and Learning Housing Center Renovations, Burlington, VT: The fast-track dormitory renovations of five three-story residential buildings totaling 540 beds was completed over three summers; project completed in conjunction with PC's Special Projects Group
