Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was established in 2000 to gradually transfer ownership to the employees as the founders began to take steps back from corporate operations. Now, as a 100% employee-owned company, we understand we are in a unique position to affect our future. Our individual and collective actions drive the performance of the company and, at the end of the day, there is great satisfaction in knowing we are the reason for that success.
