South Burlington, VT – PC Construction recently added a new Director of Business Development to its growing water and wastewater team.
Weston Bashlor comes to PC with a 16-year construction industry background, having led many large and complex projects throughout the Southeast. Over the last several years, PC has won more water and wastewater work in the region, building on the success of projects such as the national-award-winning $321 million Atlanta Water Supply Program project and the innovative $271 million WSSC Piscataway WRRF Bioenergy project in Maryland.
Bashlor has managed more than $600 million worth of work in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and California. He also led the preconstruction process for the $300 million David L. Tippin Water Treatment Facility Master Plan in Tampa, Florida, a ten-year project for a complete plant upgrade.
As a business development leader, Bashlor says that “positive relationships are always key to ensuring a successful project outcome.” He emphasizes working with the client to understand deliverables, set achievable goals and assemble the appropriate teams for success.
“Having Wes on board is a real win for PC,” said PC President / CEO Matt Cooke. “He brings a wealth of field management experience, proven success in building strong customer relationships, and a solid understanding of the Southeast regional market. Wes is ideally suited to help our clients as they plan and pursue their construction goals. We are excited to have Wes join our team.”
