Martin’s Point Health Care Corporate Facility

This new 100,000‑square‑foot corporate facility supports Martin’s Point Health Care’s hybrid workforce by bringing expanded collaboration and meeting spaces together on a single campus. Designed to meet evolving workforce needs, the facility enables Martin’s Point Health Care to best serve its more than 220,000 patients and health plan members.

The four-story building includes two levels of office space and two levels of parking and offers a variety of spaces to support team-based and individual work, including collaboration areas, huddle spaces, and traditional workstations. Employee amenities include lounges, a café, conference rooms, and outdoor terraces.

Expansive curtainwall systems capture views of Casco Bay and incorporate bird-safe dynamic glazing. The specialty glazing adjusts its tint in response to sunlight to reduce glare and heat gain while maintaining natural light. The result improves energy efficiency, lowers utility costs, and enhances occupant comfort.

This project marks the ninth successful collaboration in a long‑standing partnership between PC Construction and Martin’s Point Health Care.
