Anne Minor recognized as 2026 Rising StarLast night, PC Construction’s Anne Minor was honored as a 2026 Rising Star by Vermont Business Magazine. The award recognizes young professionals for business growth, professional excellence, and community involvement. Anne has all three, and she brings them to work every day.

Earlier this year, Anne was promoted to project director, the next step in a career that began in PC’s Leadership Development Program. Along the way, she has delivered landmark projects such as the $100 million Waterbury State Office Complex, $74 million Treehouse at Spruce Peak, $30 million Weidmann Electrical Technology Facility Expansion, and $25 million Omni Mount Washington Resort Addition.

Anne has redefined what leadership looks like in construction. She led PC’s migration to Procore, champions Lean methodologies and the 4 Disciplines of Execution, and continually seeks innovations that create company-wide efficiencies. Her approach is inclusive by design – every team member has a voice in the work, and her energy, positivity, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm lifts everyone around her. She builds teams that work hard and have fun doing it.

Anne’s impact reaches well beyond our projects. She serves on the board of the Associated General Contractors of Vermont, and she was instrumental in founding the Vermont chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction. She now serves as its president, and her work earned her the chapter’s Charter Champion Award. She is helping open doors for the next generation of women in construction, and our whole industry is better for it.

I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Anne for several years, and she never ceases to amaze me. Her spirit, her team-focused approach, and her drive to help PC be better every day are so uplifting. She is everything an employee owner should be.

Congratulations, Anne. We’re proud to build alongside you!
