Stratton Mountain Resort Founders Lodge

Located just minutes away from the ski slopes, the five-story Founders Lodge features 47 condominium units for ski enthusiasts. Extensive stonework and wood accents are used throughout the 105,000-square-foot facility, which includes amenities such as a main lobby, a grand staircase, ski lockers, changing rooms, a fitness center and spa, and a great room leading to the expansive outdoor patio. A 60,000-square-foot parking garage also provides ample parking for skiers and guests.

Work included complex ventilation systems in the garage and a mechanical room with an emergency generator system.
