South Burlington, VT – PC Construction is pleased to welcome Ruth Henry of Burlington, Vermont, as the new Director of Business Development for the company’s Vermont and New York regions.
With more than 25 years of experience across organizations like the Vermont Community Foundation, the UVM Foundation, Fletcher Allen Health Care (now UVM Medical Center), the University of Vermont and Middlebury College, Ruth is deeply embedded in Vermont’s civic and institutional fabric. She has been a leader in strategic relationship management and a strong brand ambassador for some of Vermont’s most respected organizations.
In her new role as PC Construction’s Director of Business Development, Ruth will identify regional business opportunities that move both PC and its clients forward together. Known for facilitating the trust-based partnerships that are essential to the successful completion of challenging, complex projects, Ruth is ideally suited to help PC continue delivering transformative building and infrastructure projects.

Ruth holds a CAP (Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy) credential from The American College of Financial Services. She earned a Master of Science in Education, Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University at Bloomington, and she is a proud alumna of the University of Vermont, where she completed her undergraduate studies.
