Self-Perform
PC brings a strong self-performance aspect to any project. Time and again, our self-perform teams have delivered work ranging from process mechanical and piping to concrete installations. By self-performing work we can significantly improve project budget, schedule, safety and quality. Especially in today’s market, impacted by widespread craft labor shortages and supply chain disruptions, PC can provide a consistent workforce and employ our own equipment to reduce project risk and mitigate potential schedule impacts.
At the root of it all, our crew of employee owners take great pride in their work, allowing owners to rest easy when PC’s boots are on the ground. Our skilled craft has excavated over 3 million cubic yards of material, set over 10 million square feet of formwork, placed over 500,000 cubic yards of concrete and installed over 450,000 feet of piping in recent years. And we have done all of this with an uncompromised safety record.
