300 Fore Street Renovations

This 18,000-square foot interior renovation, which was completed by PC’s Special Projects group, touched all six floors of this downtown Portland office building. From the gym, bathrooms and conference space renovations to MEP upgrades and new high-end architectural finishes, all construction activities were completed in an active office setting.

Specific work included demolition, finish carpentry, doors and hardware, glass and glazing systems, metal studs and drywall, flooring, painting and design-build mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire systems.
