Project Overview

Located in Portland, Maine’s Bayside district, this development includes the construction of the City’s largest office building in two decades and a five-story student housing complex. The office portion includes a ten-story, 107,000-square-foot building with a six-story core and shell building above a four-story, 533-space parking garage. The 48,000-square-foot ground level consists of a structural steel and concrete deck parking garage for 102 vehicles and 4,000 square feet of retail space. The student housing includes 100, four-bedroom wood-framed student apartments with an 11,000-square-foot elevated courtyard between building wings and a ground-level parking garage below.

The superstructure is comprised of structural steel with composite slabs-on-deck, pre-manufactured panelized façade and EPDM roof, and contains full sprinkler system and rooftop HVAC system.
