84 Marginal Way Office Building

Located in Portland, Maine’s Bayside district, this development included the construction of the City’s largest office building in two decades. The ten-story, 107,000-square-foot building is comprised of six floors of medical office space built atop a four-level parking garage with 524 spaces and three passenger elevators. The building also features 5,200 square feet of retail.

The superstructure is comprised of structural steel with composite slabs-on-deck, a pre-manufactured panelized façade and EPDM roof, and rooftop HVAC system.
