Project Overview

PC’s Special Projects group completed a 2,200-square-foot renovation to house Aroma Joe’s newest coffee shop in Maine. Work included selective interior demolition, concrete trenching and underground plumbing, foundation wall modifications and minor site work to support a new drive-through window. The facility required all new MEP to support Aroma Joe’s specified equipment, as well as custom millwork and finishes.

This is the third Aroma Joe’s facility constructed by PC’s Special Projects group in the past four years.
