Bayside Village Housing Complex

This 238,000-square-foot, five-story housing complex, located in Portland’s Bayside Village, is less than a mile from the University of Southern Maine campus. The building features 100 four-bedroom apartments located on four levels above a ground-level 102-space parking garage. The project also features 4,000 square feet of retail space, a lobby and mechanical room, and storage for 95 bicycles.

The building is designed in a V-shape format, creating an 11,000-square-foot elevated courtyard between the building wings.
