Central Hudson Gas & Electric Building 808

This new four-story, 36,000-square-foot building modernizes Central Hudson’s Poughkeepsie headquarters and creates service efficiencies. Work included the demolition of the existing vehicle maintenance and office building, including extensive geotechnical and site work.

The newly constructed facility features an exterior of brick, ground face CMU with composite metal panels and sunshades. The new basement floor occupies two stories to allow for large truck maintenance while the two floors above house open office spaces, training areas and conference rooms.
