Project Overview

This project adds a four-story, 27,000-square-foot residence hall to Central Maine Community College’s campus. With 148 beds and a fourth-floor meeting space for events and study groups, the facility provides optimal space to meet the College’s growing needs. The co-ed building is designed for optimum privacy and creates an environment conducive for academic learning.

The fast-track project was completed in just 10 months and includes a cast-in-place concrete foundation, a structural steel framing system with concrete planks, thermoplastic membrane roofing systems, and an aluminum store front and curtain wall system.
