Champlain College Main Street Suites and Conference Center

This 30,000-square-foot facility houses 56 students and includes meeting space, a lounge and underground student parking. The project incorporated an exterior design complementing the surrounding 19th century homes and featured sustainable energy efficient systems and construction methodology.

The construction schedule was shortened by two months to allow for completion at the start of the fall semester.
