Project Overview
This project consists of a four-story, 140,000-square-foot expansion to an existing facility to house best-in-class office space focused on collaboration and connection. The new facility, which has a capacity of 600 workers, features a 200-person conference room, two four-story glass-enclosed lightwells with skylights and energy efficient elements such as solar panels, automatically tinting exterior glass windows, highly efficient HVAC, and rainwater harvesting. Work also included mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems and select renovations to the existing facility.
