This three-story, 105,000-square-foot facility houses science and research space. The first floor features a visitors welcome center, dining services, cafeteria, conference rooms, training rooms, a 9,000-square-foot fitness center, an employee health clinic and a connector to the existing building. The wellness center features curtain wall glass and a green roof and terrace. The open-concept office areas on the second and third floors feature a pressurized raised-floor system supplying air through floor diffusers.

To complete the project, piles were driven to bedrock and range in depth from 30 feet to 105 feet.
