This fast-track, multi-phased manufacturing addition to the biotechnical laboratory included a 210,000-square-foot addition, the demolition of a 160,000-square-foot building and renovation of 70% of the existing space. The new and renovated space houses maximum barrier animal holding facilities, manufacturing space and offices.

The project involved extensive preconstruction services to validate available funding and 47 individual renovation phases.
