Project Overview
This new three-story 60,000-square-foot medical office building provided expanded space for the hospital’s pharmacy, laboratory and outpatient cardiac services.
Work included core and shell construction and a medical office fit-up to house a pharmacy, central laboratory, inpatient and outpatient space, non-invasive cardiology and an ambulatory infusion center. Mechanical systems included roof-top air handlers, gas-fired boiler and core plumbing services. Electrical systems were integrated throughout, including a power entrance service area with distribution, normal and emergency lighting at core areas, fire alarm, and raceways for voice, data, security and CATV.
