Project Overview
This 57,000-square-foot addition and 35,000-square-foot renovation included new surgery rooms, sterile processing, PACU, and ACU areas as well as an expansive lobby. Work also included a new mechanical room with associated equipment and upgrades to the existing mechanical rooms, boiler and chiller.
Extensive site work included the relocation of underground utilities, blasting and rock removal adjacent to existing operating rooms and a new parking lot to support added capacity. The project was completed while maintaining access to the main hospital.
