Project Overview
The new four-story, 30,000-square-foot residence hall with 163 beds helps Eastern Maine Community College meet on-campus housing needs. Students are housed in block-style double or triple occupancy rooms with shared common bathrooms and individual climate control. The facility also provides onsite laundry, common activity and study spaces, and mail service.
Work included cast-in-place concrete foundation and thermoplastic membrane roofing systems, and HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and electrical and lighting systems.
