Fox Run at Fulton Apartment Complex

Constructed in two phases, the Fox Run at Fulton complex comprises two four-story buildings totaling 218,000 square feet of suite-style multi-family and student housing. The buildings, located adjacent to Marist College, include 146 apartments with a range of options from studio to four bedrooms. Apartments feature large living areas, bedrooms with private baths, full-sized washers and dryers and large kitchen areas with upgraded finishes. The complex also features communal study and lounge space, two private study rooms, a fitness center and outdoor entertaining and green space.

Construction included extensive sitework to prepare the greenfield site and a full sprinkler system with below- and above-ceiling coverage.
