Hilton Burlington Renovations

This project, which was completed by PC’s Special Projects group, involved the renovation of the existing Hilton Burlington Hotel to include a reconfigured lobby, a new bar and executive lounge; and 258 renovated guest rooms and associated corridors on six floors. Work also included updates to seven ballrooms, function areas and associated restrooms, as well as the construction of an 1,100-square-foot exterior terrace to serve as an outdoor dining experience.

The work was completed in three phases while the hotel remained fully operational.
