Hotel Vermont

This new six-story, 85,000-square-foot luxury hotel located in the heart of the city includes 125 high-end guest rooms, a full-service spa, lounge, library and Vermont’s renowned Hen of the Wood restaurant. A total of 2,200 square feet of meeting space is shared between four rooms, two of which accommodate up to 80 guests. The hotel boasts over 9,500 square feet of outdoor space and features a green roof and garden overlooking Lake Champlain.

A senior housing complex, church, mall and parking garage surrounding the project combined with a steady flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic compounded the difficulty of executing heavy construction operations on a densely populated street.
