Project Overview
This new 19,600-square-foot Plattsburgh Family Health facility for Hudson Headwaters Health Network increases the availability of comprehensive primary care services for North Country residents. The facility includes 22 exam and treatment rooms, behavioral health space, provider offices, an employee cafeteria and a main lobby.
This new addition to Hudson Headwaters service locations offers full-service care for all ages, including women’s health, integrated behavioral health and social work support.
