Project Overview
Located on Elizabethtown Community Hospital’s Ticonderoga campus, this Hudson Headwaters Health Network project consisted of a 9,000-square-foot renovation and 6,600-square-foot addition to the existing Moses Ludington Hospital.
The facility offers a patient-centered design with 15 exam rooms as well as consultation rooms for behavioral health and telemedicine. The new space houses a new primary care facility, new main entrance, renovated administration offices and new conference rooms.
