Project Overview
Construction of a new 27,000-square-foot, two-level, steel-frame building modeled after a traditional Maine Hunting lodge. This project included a 6,000-square-foot loading dock and storage area and installation of mechanically-operated windows for automated ventilation, eliminating the need for a rooftop exhaust unit.
The store features a stone fireplace and oversized porch, as well as thousands of square feet of lumber that was reclaimed from L.L.Bean’s old outlet store and milled into the timber and boards for the new facility.
PC’s construction waste management plan diverted 97% of waste from landfills.
