Project Overview
This $19.7 million multi-phase, fast-track project included design and construction of a 335,000-square-foot warehouse addition to meet L.L.Bean’s reserve storage and order fulfillment needs.
Prior to construction of the expansion, a new access road was constructed, site drainage systems were modified, and existing utilities were relocated. The warehouse stocking and shipping systems required an interior building height of 34 feet and the installation of a superflat floor.
