Marriott Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel Expansion

This expansion of the existing Marriott Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel on Burlington’s waterfront involved extending the guest floors over the entry drive. The additional 17,000 square feet features 34 new guest rooms on nine floors, including a hospitality suite with rooftop terrace.

The energy efficiency of the new addition significantly exceeded the envelope of the existing structure without impacting wall thickness and while keeping a consistent finished appearance.

Extensive temporary pedestrian sidewalk and vehicle barricade installations were required for the heavily traveled downtown area during construction.
