Project Overview
This 42,000-square-foot state-of-the-art primary care health care center is situated on Martin’s Point, just 75 feet from the ocean. The clinic includes pharmacy, x-ray, mammogram, exam and procedure rooms, lab processing, blood draw, offices, and nurse stations. A 218-space parking garage and additional 194 surface parking spaces provides convenience for patients.
Work included campus modifications to water, drainage, sewer, teledata infrastructure, parking and site finishes. The project required approval from the Historic Preservation Board of Portland and the Maine Historic Preservation Commission.
