Martin’s Point Health Care Scarborough Health Care Center

This project included the construction of a 17,900-square-foot medical office building to replace an existing facility destroyed by fire. The new building was designed and constructed with patient-centered health care needs at the forefront while ensuring community space for events and activities.

The single-story facility features 22 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a 4,600-square-foot centralized clinical hub and a draw lab as well as 2,000 square feet of space dedicated to community activities.
