Project Overview
This fast-track summer renovation transformed 7,600 square feet of existing double-height music library space into two floors with classrooms and offices for the History of Art and Architecture Department. Work included significant renovations and reconfiguration of the space and vestibule and installation of a complex structural steel mezzanine.
Carefully planned logistics and site coordination allowed the existing facility to remain fully operational throughout the duration of construction.
