Project Overview
A new 79,000-square-foot FDA-approved facility for manufacturing advanced wound-care dressings. The core of the building houses a 27,000-square-foot cleanroom production area complete with walkable clean room ceilings and dedicated HEPA air handlers. The facility also features warehouse space, tool rooms, training centers and QC labs. A two-story office wing surrounds the manufacturing space.
Work also included the demolition of an existing 60,000-square-foot warehouse.
