Northwestern Medical Center Additions and Renovations

This new two-story, 42,000-square-foot medical office building houses urgent care, primary care, orthopedics and laboratory functions. Also included was a 14,000-square-foot, 20-room medical, surgical and ICU addition with a connector corridor to the new medical office building. Major renovations included a 13,000-square-foot, 14-room inpatient space and a 6,000-square-foot lobby with porte cochère and a loading dock. Work also included site improvements with new parking areas, driveways and roads.
