Project Overview
One Spruce Peak is nestled between Spruce Peak Village and the slopes. This six-story, 125,000-square-foot facility boasts a collection of 27 ski-in/ski-out luxury residences, townhomes and penthouses. Units feature in-residence elevators, spacious balconies, sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows, and best-in-class materials and finishes. Rounding out the residences is a private pool, below-grade parking, locker rooms and ski storage.
Construction occurred during peak ski season and required extensive logistics and safety protocols.
PC’s Special Projects group contributed to the overall project by completing all exterior structural timber framing and siding.
