Project Overview
This new, 311,000-sqaure-foot multi-family community is situated on a 26-acre site along the Merrimack River and includes market-rate buildings and an active 55+ community building. The four individual five-story residential buildings house a total of 232 studio, one- and two-bedroom upscale apartments and ground-floor parking garages accommodating a total of 122 vehicles. The complex also features a 4,500-square-foot clubhouse with community space, a game room and leasing office, exercise and yoga rooms, a cybercafé and a dog-washing center.
All buildings are podium construction with a structural steel-framed first level and four levels of panelized wood system above. The greenfield site required extensive earthwork and the installation of all new utilities.
