Project Overview
The Residences at Hadley Falls project includes both new construction and the renovation of an existing mill building to provide housing along the Piscataquog River. Two new five-story apartment buildings total 130,000 square feet and house 91 studio, and one- and two-bedroom units as well as ground level parking for 60 cars. Additional amenities include gym facilities, a yoga studio, a community room and cyber-café, a pet spa, electric car charging stations and bike storage.
The 23,000-square-foot renovation of the existing mill building retains the historic nature of the structure and adds eight additional residential units to the complex.
