Residences at Taylor Pointe

This project adds three new, five-story multi-family residential buildings to downtown Nashua with a combined 232,000 square feet of living, community and amenity spaces. The buildings provide 177 studio and one- and two-bedroom units with large open floor plans, Juliette balconies, premium finishes and surface level parking for 88 vehicles.

The complex offers office space, gym facilities, yoga studios, retail spaces and community rooms, as well as a pet spa, a dog park and electric car charging stations.
