Project Overview
The Residences at Taylor Pointe, located in downtown Nashua, New Hampshire, transformed a former industrial site into 232,000 square feet of living, community and amenity spaces to meet the City’s growing housing demand.
This project added three new, five-story multi-family residential buildings with a total of 177 luxury studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The units feature large open floor plans, juliette balconies and premium finishes.
The complex offers office space, gym facilities, yoga studios, retail spaces and community rooms, as well as a pet spa, a dog park, electric car charging stations and surface level parking for 88 vehicles.
