Saint Michael’s College Residence Halls

This two-phase construction of three residence halls at the center of the Saint Michael’s campus adds nearly 100,000 square feet and 380 beds to meet the college’s growing student population. Additional features include several conference and lounge space.

PC assisted Saint Michael’s College and the architect with developing cost studies to keep the project within budget. Each phase of the project was completed in just 14 months in time for the fall-semester return of students to campus.
