Spinner Place Student Living

This six- and seven-story, 140,000 square foot structure provides off-campus housing for over 300 University of Vermont students. The 85 two- to five-bedroom apartments provide modern living accommodations coupled with amenities such as a fitness center, recreation room, media room and laundry facilities.

The building, which was constructed around the City’s new parking structure, included 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, open access areas for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, two elevator towers and all necessary utility services.
