These 12 luxury tri-level townhouses were completed in a well-occupied, clustered neighborhood during peak ski season. Each unit comprises 3,700 square feet and was built with high-end materials and finishes.
The project required strict adherence to noise ordinances and restricted work hours. Limited site laydown and storage areas were permitted in an effort to maintain the aesthetics of the neighborhood.
