Project Overview
This project for SUNY New Paltz, winner of the Jeffrey J. Zogg Build New York Award, included the construction of a new 19,500-square-foot academic facility to house the new bachelor’s degree program in mechanical engineering. Also the headquarters and laboratories of the College’s Hudson Valley Advanced Manufacturing Center, the facility features the 3D design and printing program, innovative teaching and research laboratories, a 1,200-square-foot computer lab, conference rooms, collaborative spaces, lounge areas, offices and support space.
The new facility advances the offerings of the College’s engineering program and promotes collaboration between the College and local industry.
