Project Overview
Nestled at the base of Equinox Mountain, this four-story 58,000 square-foot hotel features 78 guest rooms, a pavilion building and a pool. The project also includes the construction of a new cottage and the historic renovation and preservation of two existing cottages – all which total 4,000 square feet and provide 12 guest rooms.
An extensive dewatering system was required and porous pavement and permeable pavers were utilized to comply with strict stormwater runoff requirements.
