Project Overview

Located in the heart of Longfellow Square in downtown Portland, this eight-story, 142,000-square-foot multi-use high-rise building blends the charm of the historic neighborhood with modern amenities. The facility houses 139 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on seven levels, all with open floor plans, heat pumps for heating and air conditioning, fresh air ventilation systems, high-end finishes and LED lighting. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, lounge, and sub-grade and ground floor parking. The facility also includes onsite administrative office space as well as ground floor retail and commercial space.

The project, located on a main thoroughfare in downtown Portland, posed substantial logistical challenges due to the extremely tight site and the inability to disrupt street traffic.
