The Jackson Laboratory Center for Biometric Analysis

This three-story, 21,000-square-foot facility houses state-of-the-art behavioral and phenotyping research laboratories, animal housing, and small animal MRI space with support and office areas. A 5,000-square-foot addition to an existing building also created space to house a Microbiome Research Facility.

Work included a 2,000 amp N+1 electrical feed with bus ducting, 2N HVAC with dedicated humidification and ATC to each behavioral scape, and multi-barrier/gowning requirement with pressure mapping to maintain positive spaces.
