Project Overview
Built at the base of Mount Mansfield, this second phase included the construction of a five-story luxury slope-side lodge designed and constructed in the Vermont-alpine style. The facility includes 173,000 square feet of lodging with 139 luxury studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and a 100-space below-grade parking facility for maximum convenience.
The lodge’s exterior façade features woven timber, stone veneer from local quarries and expansive glass that brings the beauty of the lodge’s outdoor surroundings to the interior.
Construction occurred adjacent to the fully operating Lodge, requiring non-traditional work hours, off-site fabrication and full integration with the onsite operating team.
