Project Overview
This new 120,000-square-foot academic facility was constructed to house UNH’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. The new facility features 950 instructional seats in 16 technology-rich classrooms, a 200-seat auditorium, 25 high-tech group-study work rooms, a two-story great hall, and dedicated career services and administration space.
The active campus location offered minimal laydown area, requiring just-in-time material deliveries. Additional complexities included relocating the existing primary power feed and telecommunications backbone and blasting 5,000 cubic yards of ledge immediately adjacent to the President’s House.
