VSAC Office Building

This 122,000-square-foot high efficiency office building supports Vermont Student Assistance Corporations statewide operations. The four-story building incorporates sustainable measures to maximize comfort and reduce energy costs, such as lighting sensors; high-efficiency heating, cooling, and ventilating systems; and limited energy use during non-business hours.

The building includes a call center, kitchen facilities to serve nearly 400 people and an 80-person dining area.

This project was part of the Winooski Downtown Redevelopment project which also included a 284,000-square-foot parking garage and a 140,000-square-foot student housing facility.
