Project Overview
This $3.4 million project includes extensive demolition of existing equipment and utilities, the installation of two 3-belt filter presses, a series of three screw conveyors, two washwater pumps and two skid-mounted emulsion polymer blending units. Work includes new electrical equipment and distribution, instrumentation and controls integration, supporting structural concrete, structural metal walkways with supports, process piping and valves, pipe supports and appurtenances.
The work was carefully planned to maintain operation of the existing facility dewatering system.
